About the Contest

Welcome to the GuraFan Skyblock Building Contest — our biggest community event of the season! Every member gets to design and build a structure on their Skyblock island, themed around the ocean and Gawr Gura's world.

Once the building phase ends, all entries are showcased in our Discord gallery channel and the community votes for their favorites. The top three builds take home prizes.

Whether you're an architecture veteran or just starting out — everyone's welcome. The only rule is to have fun and make something cool.

Rules

  1. 1 All builds must be on your own island in Hypixel SMP. Borrowed or shared plots are not eligible.
  2. 2 Theme: culture of any country. Represent a nation’s architecture, traditions or landmarks. Off-theme builds won’t be eligible for prizes.
  3. 3 One entry per player. You may update your build at any time before the deadline.
  4. 4 Voting is open to all server members. You get 3 votes — use them wisely!
  5. 5 Mods reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate server rules or use unfair advantages.

Gold Builder Role + Island of the Month Exclusive Discord role, featured in the gallery, custom island spotlight post.

Silver Builder Role Permanent Discord role and mention in the server announcement.

Bronze Builder Role Discord role and entry in the GuraFan Hall of Fame.
